We want to hire two people for either or Arvada or Rexburg office before the end of 2019.

If you refer someone to us who we hire, we will pay you $250 when they start the trial period and another $250 when they finish the trial period after approximately 90 days.

Here are the main two things that we are looking for:
-For the Rexburg office, this person must live in the community and must be here for the next few years. I want to invest in and train my team and I want them to be with me for many years.

-This person must have strong people and computer skills. They must be able to type at least 50 words per minute. I don’t know how else to gauge someone’s computer skills, but words per minute gives me an indication of how comfortable they might be on a computer.

Our full time position is for a local resident who will be in the Rexburg area for the next few years. At this time, we do not want to hire any people who are college students who cannot work 40 hours per week, year round.

We have two positions. One is customer service. The other is sales. The sales position does not make cold calls. We help people who are already referred to us.

We represent many home and auto insurance companies and we find the best option for people. We create raving fans all day long! We are also Dave Ramsey’s Endorsed Local Provider!

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Good attitude
Hard working and self-motivated
Ability to focus – we are very busy, so this person needs to “get in the zone” and focus for long periods of time.
Honesty/Integrity – we are looking for someone who has honesty and integrity in all they do.
Low drama – We don’t want someone who sits around all day and starts gossip. Let’s get the work done and have some fun!
Excellent people and computer skills – This is VERY important. We are on the computer and phones all day long. There is no cold calling.
Flexible and extremely teachable – you will be learning a lot of new things. You need to be flexible and teachable or you will be miserable. You will learn and grow, but you must be humble to learn it all.
Longevity – We want someone who is looking for something for multiple years…we want to build a long-term relationship with you.
Responsibilities:

Answer phones and take care of insurance needs of our clients.
Take information from people over the phone, find the best insurance option for them, and call them to review the results.
You will be trained to be an insurance ninja
Necessary computer skills:

Type at least 50 WPM
We are at the computer all day long, so “very good” computer skills necessary
Please do not apply for this position unless you can type 50 words per minute and have strong computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15 to start and it increases over time.

NOTES:

-At this time, we are only offering our full time position to a local person from the community who will live in the area for many years. We offer training and increasing pay, etc, and we want to have someone be with us for many years.

Inside Sales Position

-Ullrich Insurance Agency represents multiple home and auto insurance companies. We compare all our companies to find the best option for people.

-As people call our office in search of a better insurance, this position will make it happen! This position will 1) interview the potential client, 2) go to the insurance companies and find the best option, 3) call the potential client and review the best insurance option with them, and 4) follow up with the person.

-This position requires “the heart of a teacher” because we are always teaching our clients about their insurance so that they understand it.

-This position requires someone who is extremely good with people, extremely good and fast with computers, able to type at least 60 words per minute and has the ability to work very hard. All training is provided……. and this person needs to be extremely teachable and drama-free.

Inside Service Position

-Ullrich Insurance Agency is a full-service insurance agency for our clients. People are constantly calling the office for various reasons: they need to make changes to their insurance policy, they have a question about their insurance policy or the billing, etc. This position will take care of the service needs of our clients.

-This position requires someone who is extremely good with people, extremely good and fast with computers, able to type at least 60 words per minute and has the ability to work very hard. All training is provided……and this person needs to be extremely teachable and drama-free.
